Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an aromatic herb native to the Mediterranean region. Itβs widely used in cooking, natural medicine, and beauty treatments.

Ingredients:
- 1β2 tablespoons dried rosemary (or a handful of fresh rosemary)
- 2 cups (about 500ml) water
How to Use:
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Add the rosemary and simmer for 15β20 minutes.
- Let it cool, then strain the mixture.
- Pour it into a spray bottle or container.
- After shampooing, pour the rosemary water onto your hair as a final rinse.
- Leave it inβdo not rinse out.
Rosemary Tea (for digestion & relaxation)
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 small sprig fresh rosemary)
- 1 cup hot water
- Honey or lemon (optional)
