- Mix Ingredients In a large bowl, combine beef, bread, onion, egg whites, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire. Mix until evenly combined.
- Shape & Bake Transfer to a greased loaf pan. Shape into a smooth loaf. Bake 45β55 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160Β°F (71Β°C).
