Single-Serve Edible Cookie Dough

Directions:

Heat-Treat Flour:

Oven: Bake flour at 350°F for 5 minutes.

Microwave: Heat in 30-sec intervals, stirring, until it reaches 165°F.

Make the Dough:

Cream together butter and sugar.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Mix in heat-treated flour and salt.

Add milk until desired consistency is reached.

Fold in chocolate chips.
