Toss shrimp with seafood seasoning.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high. Cook shrimp for 2β3 minutes per side until pink and curled. Remove and set aside.
2οΈβ£Β Brown the Meats:

In the same pan, add remaining oil. Cook beef and sausage, breaking into crumbles, until lightly browned (5β6 minutes).
3οΈβ£Β SautΓ© Veggies & Aromatics:

Add onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until softened (3β4 minutes) and meat is fully done.
4οΈβ£Β Add Spices & Thicken:

Stir in oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne.
5οΈβ£Β Combine Rice & Shrimp:

Fold in cooked rice and simmer for 5 minutes to absorb flavors.

Return shrimp to the pan; stir gently until heated through (2β3 minutes).
6οΈβ£Β Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley, green onions, or hot sauce if desired. Enjoy warm!
