- Prep the Pan Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C). Grease a 10-inch tube pan and line the bottom with greased parchment paper.
- Mix the Batter Chop fruit and nuts. In a large bowl, combine with coconut. Stir in flour, then add condensed milk. Mix thoroughly.
- Bake Pack mixture firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 1Β½ hours, until golden and set.
- Cool and Unmold Run a knife around the edge. Remove pan rim. When barely warm, remove tube bottom and parchment.
