MEAT AND POTATO CASSEROLE

- Preheat Oven Set oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Cook Beef & Onion Brown ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
- Make Sauce In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, cream, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the Casserole
- Grease a 9Γ13 baking dish.
- Layer half the potatoes.
- Add β of the sauce, then half the meat.
- Repeat with remaining potatoes, another β of sauce, and remaining meat.
- Top with final β of sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. Let rest briefly before serving.
