Cook the Fruit Combine cranberries, strawberries, apple, sugar, juice, zest, cinnamon, and cloves in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes).

Add Pectin Stir in liquid pectin. Bring back to a full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Jar It Up Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving ΒΌ inch headspace. Wipe rims, seal, and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes (if storing long-term).
Cool & Store Let jars cool completely. Label and store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
