1. Prep the Pork Chops
- Pat chops dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear to Perfection
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 3β4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds.
- Stir in Dijon, whole-grain mustard, honey, broth, and vinegar.
