Combine Beef & Veggies:

Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with the peppers and onions. Stir well to combine and heat through forΒ 1-2 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Lightly toast the pita bread in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.

Assemble the Gyros:

Spoon the beef, pepper, and onion mixture onto the warm pita bread.

Add optional toppings likeΒ tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, or feta cheese.

Fold the pita over or roll it up like a wrap.
