Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Seafood:

  • Pat salmon and shrimp dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate 15 mins.

  • Heat grill/grill pan toΒ medium-high. Grill salmonΒ 4-6 mins per sideΒ (until 145Β°F/flaky). Grill shrimpΒ 1-2 mins per sideΒ (until pink). Flake salmon into chunks.

2️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
