1. Preheat OvenΒ Set oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Prep the DoughΒ Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
4. Fill & SealΒ Place a spoonful of beef and a mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit. Pinch edges to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
5. BakeΒ Bake for 12β15 minutes until golden brown.
6. Finish & ServeΒ Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Serve warm β and watch them disappear.
