Press firmly into the bottom of aΒ *9-inch springform pan*Β coated with nonstick spray. Set aside.

In a saucepan, heat crushed pineapple and sugar over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let sit 1 minute to bloom. Stir into the warm pineapple until dissolved.

Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese cubes, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and cool completely.
3οΈβ£Β Combine & Chill:

Once cooled, fold in grapes, oranges, cherries, pecans, and whipped topping.

Pour mixture over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Release from the springform pan, slice, and garnish with extra fruit or wafer crumbs. Enjoy chilled!
