Creamy Chicken over Rice or Noodles

Ingredient Quantity
Butter 2 tablespoons
Onion, diced 1
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Chicken broth 1 cup
Heavy cream 1 cup
Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
Dried rosemary 1 teaspoon
Dried parsley 1 teaspoon

For Serving:

Chopped fresh parsley For garnish

How To Make Creamy Chicken over Rice or Noodles:

  1. Cook the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Prepare the creamy sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. SautΓ© onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet. Stir in heavy cream, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
