🧾 Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 1 large salmon fillet (1.5–2 lbs), butterflied

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Paprika, for garnish

  • Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing

For the Crab & Shrimp Stuffing:

  • Β½ lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

  • Β½ lb lump crab meat (check for shells)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ΒΌ cup mayonnaise

  • ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ΒΌ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ΒΌ cup finely diced celery (optional, for crunch)

  • ΒΌ cup finely diced red bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

  • Β½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
